What Is An Open Course?
An open course is on-going training and development that takes place at our city centre locations. Structured learning days are scheduled for open courses in which you will be taught in person by a professional trainer.
What Is In House Training?
In House training caters for a group of staff who need to be trained at any one time. We can tailor the content to suit your requirements and have the course delivered on your premises, at a time that would be convenient to you.
What are One to One sessions?
One to One sessions cater for training that you would rather have tailored for one person. We can deliver this in a small room on your premises at a time that is convenient to you and the delegate.
How do I book on one of your courses?
Can I cancel my course?
Cancellations must be made more than 14 days prior to the course date and must be submitted in writing or by email to Doctrina Training & Consultancy Ltd. Cancellations will be confirmed in writing along with an invoice for any fees due. The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:
How do I pay for my courses?
We will only send an invoice to you once a course is confirmed. An invoice is normally issued 14 days prior to the course date, complete with payment instructions. Payment should be made by BACS or cheque prior to attending the course.
What is your dress code?
There is no dress code; however, most participants choose to wear smart casual clothing.
How many employees can you train at one time?
Depending on the course content, we can train between 12 to 16 employees maximum at one time.
Do you supply course materials and a certificate of attendance?
Yes, we do. Each delegate is given a set of notes to accompany the training they have received and a certificate of attendance when they have completed the course.
